New Certified Coaching Program
CMN partners with Purdue University and AGTS to offer certified coaching
The Assemblies of God Church Multiplication Network (CMN), recognizing that coaching is a crucial tool for the starting and sustaining of churches, announced it is partnering with Purdue University’s Organizational Leadership Development Lab (LeaderLab) to provide a unified approach to the certification of coaching competency.
The goal of this partnership will be the creation of a system for training coaches based on a benchmark consistent with the emerging coaching standard as defined by the International Coaching Federation International Coach Federation (ICF).
